Major Responsibilities:

Research and resolve complex verbal and written inquiries from customers and external departments, timely and accurately.  The inquiries may include but are not limited to account reconciliations, amortization schedules, loan adjustments, history requests, payoffrequests, name changes, Legal Process requests, and system maintenance. Responsible to ensure compliance with government, investor, bank rules and regulations, and internal bank policies and procedures.  Responsible for providing superior quality service to both internal and external clients.  Assist with the Customer Service Phone Queue as needed.  Assist with projects impacting the servicing area, including but not limited to looking for process improvements and implementing them, new product testing and any remediation projects needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Familiar with general lending policies and bank procedures.  Proficient in Excel and Word.  MSP experience a plus. 

  • 3-5 years progressive responsibility in technical servicing job related experience in real estate and consumer loan servicing environment. 

  • Strong organizational and customer services skills.  

  • Requires the ability to move quickly into other task as volumes fluctuate.
