Position Summary:

Reports to Manager of Treasury Associates. In-house senior sales associate tasked with supporting depository and Transaction Banking sales execution efforts within an assigned geographical or industry related area.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with assigned Treasury Relationship Managers (TRMs) and Treasury Management Consultants (TMCs) to provide consultative solutions to clients.
  • Assist in generating new revenue through the sale of Transaction Banking products and services to bank prospects and existing clients. Partner with TRMs to assist in the management of various Transaction Banking portfolios.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently managing to deadlines.
  • Possess working proficiency and knowledge of treasury and operational practices.
  • With guidance from management, achieve key performance metrics tied to both revenue and activity volume.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as outlined by management team. Provide guidance to Treasury Associates as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three-year applicable work experience in treasury management and/or sales required.
  • Degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A, B.S.) or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred, plus strong technical experience and skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • CTP certifications preferred.  AFP involvement preferred.
  • Knowledge of corporate treasury and financial operations needs is a plus
  • A general understanding of widely used ERP and accounting systems is a plus.
  • Proven professional verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
  • The ability to work in a team; fostering a healthy and collaborative environment with all business partners is needed
  • Effective time management and prioritizing skills are also needed. Must be able to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion is required.
  • Travel may be required (0-25%)
  • Passion to drive for results.
