The Operations Support Analyst 3 is responsible for enhancing internal Residential Lending operations process to increase efficiency, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and increase productivity.
- May supervise 1-3 Operations Support Analysts 1’s or 2’s.
- Mitigating risk by ensuring compliance with bank policy and regulations.
- Maintaining and developing a risk and control assessment program and ensuring the established procedures are in place.
- Administering constant review and re-engineering of operational processes and procedures. Responsible for supporting projects and recommending innovative solutions for process improvements
Responsible for supporting the development of group-wide business plans. Supports the implementation of changes and improvements within operations. May assist in reviewing or ensuring proper documentation or procedures or output of more basic activities. Incumbents are fully knowledgeable of assigned functional area and have a thorough understanding of the entire loan operations function. Keeps abreast of new technologies and applications and their implications for assigned area. May work on moderately complex projects with assistance and oversight of managers. Responsible for the interpretation and consistent execution of the operation policies and associated procedures, and contribute to their formulation. Handles all operational issues and improvement opportunities, without needing to refer to others and develop creative and innovative solutions where appropriate. May oversee a group of Operations Analysts.
7 to 10 years’ experience within Mortgage Operations, with at least 3 years as manager.
