Within the FP&A Corporate Support team, the Financial Analyst produces and delivers meaningful, accurate, actionable, and timely financial analysis to Managers at all levels of the organization.  This unique role supports the Human Resources division and Enterprise benefits.  Human Resources (HR) for the Americas is a strategic partner to the business and a steward of the bank’s values and culture, creating an inclusive work environment that enables all colleagues to succeed. Key areas include Business Partners, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, HR Systems, Compensation and Benefits, and Corporate Communications.

Responsible for the following:

  • Creation and input of forecast

  • Produce and present monthly, quarterly, annually and ad hoc, financial reports regarding trends, variances and performance measurement

  • Basic Financial modeling, graphing and reporting

  • Review, analysis and presentation of financial results

  • Reconciliations and proposed Accounting adjustments

  • Update and maintain Transfer Pricing Methodologies


  • Adaptability is key, as team members must understand our business partners' strategies, and operations, and proactively anticipate and respond to environmental shifts. 

  • Basic to moderate complexity financial analysis. Understanding of data relations and interdependencies

  • Aptitude for preparing analytical and financial reports and presentations

  • Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of financial questions and issues

  • Comfortable interacting with other professionals, making presentations, and recommendations.

  • Able to work collaboratively, identify best practices and implement process efficiencies.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or quantitative major with 2-4 years related experience; Must have understanding of basic Accounting

  • Moderate Financial Management, forecasting and analytical skills

  • Some modeling and project experience

  • Presentation & written communication skills

  • Must have moderate to advanced excel skills

Desired: Experience with Oracle GL, Hyperion Planning and Essbase • Understanding of data analysis and design, and data mapping • Aptitude and experience in using other Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Access)
