We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to perform daily operational tasks that are considered high risk or complex in nature. You will need to assess risk and minimize potential loss to the Bank.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist Associates as required.

  • Support supervisor in meeting production goals and adhering to policy/procedures.

  • Research and resolve complex client or branch issues to ensure a high standard of customer service.

  • Contact business partners to collect, validate, or research information.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated pro-active initiative, ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
