Your potential. Your opportunity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Intune software administration, software packaging and deployment
- Responsible for creating and testing Windows software installation packages, their maintenance, customer support and developing automated testing methods, reducing the need for manual task
- Hands on development, standardization, execution and management of all 3rd party softwaredeploymentsto Intune managed devices in production from end to end
- Including testing, validation, deployment schedule, communications, change record creation, deployment, stats for each deployment and troubleshooting failures to drive towards 100% success rate
- Design and maintain reporting dashboard to track software deployments
- Provides guidance/training to more junior staff including cross training of resource across the team
- Generate and maintain operational and other procedural documentation
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for anything related to software packaging and deployment
- Monitor and maintain ServiceNow ticket queue
- 2+ years’ experience in Microsoft Intune software administration
- 5+ years’ experience with producing complex software packages and software deployments
- Must have comprehensive knowledge and experience with Windows installer technology such as MSI, MSIX, other package tools (Chocolatey) and scripting technologies such as PowerShell
- Strong Windows Installation knowledge in using relevant Windows installation components and third-party tools such as AdminStudio, InstallShield
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communications are essential
- Proven ability to offer high level support in an enterprise environment
