Job Summary:
The Integration Analyst (QA Tester) will be responsible for the quality testing on the IAM onboarding process of systems/processes/people into the centralized IAM process. Ensure that all relevant controls are applied, identify and document any missing controls, develop, manage and execute a plan to remediate any gaps identified. Work with the business leaders to propose solutions to existing control deficiencies, remediation plan.
Major Responsibilities:
Manage, facilitate and execute Quality testing on the IAM onboarding process of systems/ processes/ people into the centralized IAM process.
Develop and maintain testing process materials, standards and guidelines in line with the applicable Bank’s Quality methodology.
Builds and manage collaborative working relationships across business groups to deliver positive customer experience.
Discuss, communicate and prioritize results of Quality testing gaps, impact and facilitate viable workarounds, handoff and communication of workaround solutions to training IAM team.
Establish, maintain and enhance Quality related KRIs and KPIs on IAM.
Ability to manage and navigate on tough discussions, build collaborative relationships and lead through influence.
At least 2+ years GRC, IT Security, Risk & Control assessment experience.
Working knowledge on Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance or Quality Control and related tools.
Good knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile Management, Re-engineering, TQM etc.).
