The incumbent will coordinate product development and management activities with Bank departments and outside vendors to expeditiously promote and deliver quality products to the marketplace. The individual will prioritize the expenditure of the Bank's resources to ensure the most cost effective development of products and enhancements, and ensure that appropriate Stakeholders are informed.

Apply Now Primary Accountabilities:Product Management and Development:
- Manage existing Domestic and Global Pooling products, ensuring appropriate processes and technologies are applied to delivery channels.
- Develop new services and manage projects based on the Bank's goals and objectives. Analyze and evaluate new concepts and develop marketing strategies to determine feasibility, market segments and market potential.
- Maintain an awareness of industry trends, regulatory environment and evaluate enhancement opportunities.
- Provide input and support for sales efforts; RFI's/RFP's, Client calls, pricing proposals, Sales inquiries, Implementations, etc.
- Seek out solutions and advise on implementations, maintenance requests and customer service issues to ensure quick resolution and mitigate customer impact. Will coordinate with Operations and Technical resources, Client Delivery, Customer Service and vendors to determine solution approach.
- At manager's discretion, share information with colleagues to that provides transition support for products and customers based on prior experience.
- Make strategic recommendations that enhance operating procedures, products and identify new market opportunities. Base recommendations on analysis or best practices, regulatory and industry trends, client feedback, financial and technology constraints and anything else that may factor into effecting change.
- Advise management of potential product and delivery capabilities through preparation of strategy presentations or papers that define markets, product design, profit potential, expenditures and alternative systems.
- Review and prioritize requests from line management to modify and/or change strategies, design or procedures of existing products.
- Responsible for preparing monthly and annual reporting on product volumes, revenues, costs and management updates.
- Coordinate the development of management data between multiple users, reporting sources and delivery departments.
- Develop and supervise the writing of internal procedures and user guides. Develop strategies for pricing, advertising, marketing and training for assigned product lines.
- Actively ensure compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures.
- Manage or actively participate in risk and compliance efforts such as PSRAs, Audit inquiries, E2E MRA and compliance trainings.
- May assist in the managing and training of other colleagues.
- This role requires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio.
- Familiarity with MS Project, Power BI and Access is a plus.
- This role also requires ability to learn and use OVS and GPS.
- This role also requires strong interpersonal communication skills, problem solving abilities and leadership qualities.
Experience Required:
- 7 years experience working in financial services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be flexible due to need to work with Global colleagues, vendors and clients.
- Must be able to prioritize work and influence other people to provide input or deliverables.
- University degree required - B.A. or B.S. in related field.
- MBA or Certification in Treasury Management is a plus.
- Role will require occasional travel to attend client meetings, conferences and team meetings.
- Work related travel may be to locations with varying climates. There is no intention to travel to locations where there is a known risk to the health and well-being of the staff.
